Quick answer
A meeting is one UTC instant shown in each zone. 09:00 in New York on 12 March 2025 (UTC−4, after US clocks changed) is 13:00 in London, which was still on GMT.
Enter a date, time, your zone and up to 12 others. The calculator returns the local time in each. Use this time zone meeting planner to check your own figures.

Formula and method
Formula
one UTC instant shown in each zone
IEEE-754 double precision; shown to at most 6 decimal places.
Enter IANA names such as Europe/London or Asia/Tokyo; unknown names are rejected.
Worked examples
These examples are verified: each one is an automated test case that the live calculator must reproduce exactly.
Example 1
Inputs: Date = 2025-03-12; Time (24-hour) = 09:00; Your time zone = America/New York; Other time zones (IANA names, comma separated) = Europe/London, Asia/Kolkata, Australia/Sydney.
| Result | Value |
|---|---|
| Your time | 2025-03-12 09:00 |
| Local times | Europe/London: 2025-03-12 13:00; Asia/Kolkata: 2025-03-12 18:30; Australia/Sydney: 2025-03-13 00:00 |
Example 2
Inputs: Date = 2025-11-05; Time (24-hour) = 15:30; Your time zone = Europe/Berlin; Other time zones (IANA names, comma separated) = America/Los_Angeles, Asia/Tokyo.
| Result | Value |
|---|---|
| Your time | 2025-11-05 15:30 |
| Local times | America/Los_Angeles: 2025-11-05 06:30; Asia/Tokyo: 2025-11-05 23:30 |
The first line is the headline result (your time). Below it the time Zone Meeting Planner lists local times, which describe the same case from other angles. IEEE-754 double precision; shown to at most 6 decimal places.
Daylight saving gaps
The US moved clocks on 9 March 2025 but the UK moves on 30 March, so for three weeks the London gap is 4 hours, not 5.
Fair times
Check that the local times are inside working hours for everyone, and rotate inconvenient slots. At most 12 zones are shown.
What happens with invalid input
These messages are produced by the calculator itself, so you know what to fix.
- Other time zones (IANA names, comma separated): entering "Not/AZone" shows "“Not/AZone” is not a recognised time zone." beside that field and no result.

Background: dates and times
Date and time results depend on the conventions a tool uses: whether the end date counts, whether weekends and holidays are skipped, how months of different lengths are handled and whether time zones are applied. This page states its convention, and the worked examples show it.
Dates use the Gregorian calendar and calendar days unless the page says otherwise; check deadlines against the rule in your contract or regulation.
Assumptions and limitations
- At most 12 zones
If a required value is empty, not a number, or outside its allowed range, the form marks that field with a message and shows no result instead of a misleading number. The automated checks deliberately try invalid entries for other time zones (IANA names, comma separated) to confirm this.
